We
are selective regarding who we partner with to offer our TeleCenter services to
the public. We currently offer two different revenue sharing methods. Please
review the following options to see which one closest matches your situation,
and then complete the form at the end of the page to be contacted by one of our
Marketing Solutions Consultants. This would also include individuals or
companies with an existing base of potential TeleCenter subscribers. Some
examples are Network Marketing companies (or their Top Leaders) with a
substantial group of representatives, or Corporations/Organizations with a
Network of Employees or Representatives who would benefit by using TeleCenter.

Reseller
Program
Offer TeleCenter along side your Existing Business Offerings(Low
$ investment)
The
Reseller program is designed for those who are interested in an additional
monthly revenue source without the tremendous Investment Capital required to
start a separate business. This could include a company or individual who feels
they would be able to include COA’s TeleCenter Service with their existing
business offerings or an individual intrigued by the opportunity to promote
COA’s TeleCenter Service to the public.
COA
would setup, maintain and host four web sites offering the TeleCenter service.
The four sites would be, (1) a site geared toward Home Based & Small
Businesses (identical to this one), (2) a site geared toward the Real Estate
Industry, (3) a site geared toward the Direct Sales Industry and (4) a simple
signup page web site. You would determine the Markup and your personal web
sites would reflect this price. Every client who purchases from your sites or
orders through our Customer Service center using your Agent ID name/number
would be credited to your account. Web sites would reflect the COA name and
image but can include your personal logo.

COA
asks for a nominal one time, licensing fee of $99 to establish you as a
Reseller. In addition you must have at least 6 Active customers
for the month in order to be paid any commissions. COA handles the Billing and
Customer Service for ALL of your clients at no additional charge. All you have
to do is promote your web site and encourage signups; we will do the rest.
Our
Reseller Management system will provide access to all Active and InActive
clients in real time. Reseller commissions are paid monthly.

Private
Label Program
(Minimal $ investment – security deposit)
The
Private Label Reseller Program is designed for those with the desire,
capital and resources to resell/market any of COA’s services under their own
Name and Brand. The entire system including the Web Center back
office, online help, and Signup and Account Management would be branded under
your company name. In addition we provide you with your own Toll-Free # into
our Call Center and we would answer calls under your company name. We do
require a commitment via a contract with a minimum number of clients and/or a
security deposit of $5,000 until you reach the minimum. Under this program, you
can bill your clients directly or we can bill them on your behalf. You choose
the Mark Up of the monthly and per minute rates.
