Q: How much does TeleCenter cost and what is included?

Q: Do I need to set up a special phone line or equipment in my office or home to use TeleCenter?

A: No. Your TeleCenter™ service is hosted on our network and works for you 24/7 without the installation of additional lines or disruption to your existing phone service. When a call is placed to your number, our system answers the call and plays your personal greeting. Based on your personal configurations callers will be prompted accordingly as to how to move through the system. Enabling Call Forwarding on a Main Greeting or Virtual PBX Extension will allow prospects to connect directly to you at any phone/location according to your schedule and settings. If callers elect to leave you a voicemail or fax, we store the message in your secure Inbox and you can retrieve the messages via e-mail, phone or online at your convenience. Enabling Message Notification™ will inform you when you receive new voicemail messages or faxes by phone and/or e-mail.

Q: I have a VOIP phone line, is TeleCenter compatible with VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol)?

A: Yes. TeleCenter works with a VOIP in the same manner as a traditional phone line or cell phone. It sees a VOIP number as just another phone number. In fact TeleCenter can actually enhance the value of having a VOIP line. How? Currently MOST VOIP service providers are unable to handle and deliver Fax transmissions. Those that do handle fax transmissions do so intermittently. TeleCenter’s Virtual Fax Feature can handle all of your incoming Fax needs eliminating this drawback of a VOIP phone line!

Q: Can you provide a local phone number instead of a Toll-Free number?

A: We are working on providing local numbers; until then we suggest establishing a Toll-Free number for your business.

Q: Can I transfer an existing Toll-Free number to TeleCenter?

A: Yes. To do this you will first need to sign up for a TeleCenter number (Click Here). Second you will need to call our Customer Care department at 800-454-5930 and request a transfer. This request will require a $35 fee and will take 7-10 days to process. In the meantime your TeleCenter will be up and running and you can forward your current Toll-Free number to your TeleCenter number while you await the completion of the transfer.

Q: TeleCenter does so much and I really don’t need all of the functionality TeleCenter provides. Can I only purchase certain features?

A: We do not sell TeleCenter with only certain features, it comes fully loaded! Use only what you need. We designed TeleCenter to provide a wide range of benefits. Some of these uses are as a Presentation Line, Voicemail, Unified Messaging, Virtual PBX, Faxing and more. We are confident that TeleCenter will be able to do any one thing you need right now very well and will adapt to your future needs when they arise!

Q: What areas can people call my Toll-Free TeleCenter from? And how much does it cost to call from different areas?

A: Calls to your Toll-Free TeleCenter system can be made from the United States, US Territories and even Canada. All incoming minutes are included regardless of where the call originated from! One Number - One Rate!

Q: I live outside of the US and Canada, can I still take advantage of TeleCenter?

A: Yes. TeleCenter will allow you to have a presence in the United States and Canada. Since TeleCenter allows you to access messages online you will not need to incur long distance charges to access your system for message retrieval.
